Does the person I'm caring for need to use Avenly?
No. Avenly is for the people doing the coordinating. Your mother does not need a phone, an account, or to learn anything new. Her care lives in the app; she does not have to.
Is it really free?
Yes, and the part that matters stays free. One care circle with as many family members as you need, full medication logging with dose history, your whole schedule, and up to five documents.
What happens to our records if we stop paying for Avenly Plus?
You keep them. The family's record is never locked behind the subscription: medications, doses, the schedule and your notes stay readable whether or not anyone is paying.
Can everyone in the circle see everything?
Within a circle, yes. That is the point. A family sharing one picture of care is the difference between everyone knowing and one person holding it all.
Who else can see our information?
Nobody you have not invited. It is never sold, and it is never used for advertising. You can delete your account and its data from inside the app.
Is Avenly medical advice?
No. Avenly is a coordination tool. It diagnoses nothing and never tells you what to take or when. Everything in it is what your family entered.
